Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of barber and grooming services by The Pirates s.r.o., Company ID 23266350 ("Provider") to customers ("Customer").

1. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are made via our online system, in person or by phone. Arrive on time; delays over 10 minutes may result in cancellation.

2. Prices & Payment

Current prices are listed on the website price list and may change. Payment is made in cash or other accepted methods after the service.

3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid until the date specified. Unused value after expiry lapses.

4. Complaints

Report dissatisfaction without delay, ideally on site. We will assess and offer a solution (adjustment, repeat, discount).

5. Responsibility

Customer must inform us about health or other circumstances (e.g. allergies) that may affect the service. We are not liable for issues arising from withheld information.

6. Personal Data

Processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations & Changes

We may reschedule or cancel for operational reasons (e.g. staff illness). Customer will be informed promptly.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect upon publication and may be updated. The current version is always online.
